BOND performed an extensive audit and traffic flow assessment of the libraries, understanding the library system and its dynamics in detail. Working closely with EPL representatives, we were able to recommend a macro to micro approach to wayfinding that allowed visitors to easily find their way to specific destinations within the library. A hierarchy of information and intuitive visual cues were developed that can be integrated specifically for the architectural spaces of each library through a kit of unified components and guidelines.
